• Business contact details (name, work email, phone, company, role) of prospective and current clients — to contact you about the service and manage our relationship. Basis: legitimate interests (B2B); or performance of a contract where one exists.
• Correspondence you send us — to answer and keep a record. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Website analytics — to understand and improve the site. Basis: consent, where non-essential cookies are used.

Directly from you (enquiries, demo requests, correspondence) and, for outreach, from public professional sources — company websites, Companies House, the CQC register, and professional networks — limited to business contact information.

Only service providers who help us operate (for example email and scheduling tools), under contract and only as needed. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where legally required.

Some providers are outside the UK. Where they are, we rely on UK adequacy or approved safeguards (UK Addendum / IDTA).

Business contact data for as long as we have a relationship or a legitimate interest in staying in contact, then a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to erase your details at any time.
